Based in Wyoming, we celebrate the region's extraordinary agricultural heritage by partnering with local ranchers, farmers, foragers, and artisans. Through hand-harvesting the bounty of Wyoming's fields, forests, rivers, and ranchlands, we create menus that reflect a true sense of place while showcasing the finest ingredients available at their peak.
